As legislative program manager for the Department of Natural Resources, Andy White oversees state legislative relations for the DNR and its nine divisions.  Prior to joining DNR in 2009, Andy was a lobbyist for three years at the state capitol working in a variety of areas including natural resource, higher education, labor and medicine.  Previously, Andy served as policy and communication staff for the Colorado Senate.  Andy is a 2003 graduate of Hamline University in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
